自傳簡介
自己在大學畢業退役後,從1989年開始從事 PC OEM 外銷,而後轉到佳佳科技
任職 PC周邊行銷企劃,對市場營業(包括產品 pricing break down, RMA等)算是
有較完整深入的認識. 1991-1993 轉入彩樂電子擔任 PC monitor 行銷,負責
國內 & 亞太市場OEM accounts,其間派赴 Dallas, USA 分公司 8 個月,架構當地
通路佈建,1993年後來返國轉往達永企業任專案評估執行.
實際上外銷營業這類職務的工作內涵,十年經驗與三年經驗幾乎是差不多的,
在累積了5年的工作資歷後,1995年赴UK 進修 MBA in University of Birmingham.
(研習產業結構,財務分析,部門績效稽核,ROIC 等) .自1998年返國迄目前,個人是
回到電腦應用的相關產業.在學識認知到產業實務上,都有相當完整的國際化經歷.
過去從事基層執行面的重點在於各別的工作職責, i.e.客戶訂單開發,業績帳款,
庫存,制程品管等,藉由協調專業部門的運作,奠立公司生存穫利的基礎. 不過市場
競爭獲利的仍然必須受限所屬產業的區段格局.具有前瞻性的策略層面是著眼從
現在到未來3到5年內,面對所屬整體產業環境的運作會有那些演化影響,從既定的
事業主軸 (關係管理階層的企圖和個性,經營者背景等相關考量),依據可以掌握的
資源條件 (e.g.財務,設計,上游貨源,制程,logistics 倉儲到通路端 etc.),對於
產業應用和市場競爭態勢分析有完整且足夠的能力,努力去整合不同區段間關聯性
的鏈結利基,追求比較有利公司經營的發展. 我想這應該是自己生涯規劃的目標吧.
Autobiography
Name: Lin Chi-Wen
As graduated from the Chinese University in 1986, I completed 2 years’
army service. Then after a few years’ work experience mainly in Marketing and
export trading, I obtained the chance to study overseas for the MBA program in UK.
That is in considering the base of Taiwan located as an island, economic always
dedicated to worldwide market development. I also look forward to personal career
upgrading, thus studied in the Birmingham University for the MBA degree (major in
Budgetting, ROIC etc.) from
1995 to 1997.
Until the current position, I have been worked in the international business
of manufacturer industry over 8 years. Due to dynamic changes in the industries
nature, I encountered many companies facing operation difficulty,even financial
problem. My previous working experience usually focuses upon individual sales
functions, i.e. to explore customer order, new accounts etc. I am paying rather
attention in the credit/ stock control, the structure of the supply chains within
which the organisation is involved, by marketing activities coordination to
establish the company’s profitability basis. That should consider the overall
business cycling process for a fast moving circulation.
